Ok, Now i have set up my environment and found the WindowsSign.aspx page in security folder. I set up all the required settings.

I changed webconfig setting to use windows authentication. Changed the IIS settings to use windows authentication and disable anonymouse access. Now locally it works fine. But when i try to access this site from other PC in same domain (domain user logged in), the site is not accessed. It shows that the page is being loaded but actually it never completes. I changed portal aliases by IP address and by host name, but still same problem.

Kindly help me.
