Be careful when you are using Pay pal.I heard lot of complaints. Rather  Merchant account services are better options. when you use Pay paql use your credit card and not debit card. VIsit :

This does not answer the question. Moreover we would appreciate to know your relation or interest with the company that you want to advertise. I suggest that they sponsor DotNetNuke, or buy a banner if they want to promote their products.
