Accepted Answer 

Your issue comes up happend on posting after session timeout of the Webserver.  Best solution should be that the user goes to my settings, subscript to all Forums and safe settings.  Then try if a new post could be submitted, if yes the user can unsubscript to the notifications of all forums.
