Has anyone tried using themes built into .net 2.0 in dnn? i.e skin files, app_themes, etc?  I was thinking about using it for controlling the look and feel of modules (i.e. buttons, grids, etc.)  Or should I just make it part of my style sheet?

I'm looking for some information on this very topic and can only find unanswered posts like these.

Has anyone made any progress on this recently?  I'm developing a custom module that I would like to provide "Theme" capability but I don't really want to have to roll-my-own if I don't have to.  The Theming functions within ASP.NET 2.0 seem quite good, not sure if they fit well with DNN though?

If not, what are other developers preferred methods for including Themes with their custom modules?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

I started using Themes to control the look and feel of the ASP.NET 2.0 controls.

I am defining the theme with CSS classes defined in my skin file to keep control.

It is working pretty to good to start.

Jim - so do you have an example of how you are doing it?
