We have submitted DNN Events 05.00.01 to the DotNetNuke release tracker.

In the upcoming days (weeks) this release (candidate) will undergo thorough quality tests by various DNN team members. Only after passing these tests with success, it will become an official release. Until then, the version that we have put together will remain as the name implies, a candidate release. If you want to follow the progress of the various release tracker stages on the DotNetNuke site, follow this link.

You can download this Release Candidate

The release notes, PA pack, source pack and test script of this version (Events 05.00.01) can be downloaded from our special Events team website www.DNNEvents.net after registration and login. So this version is available to you as a preview of the final release. You can overwrite any previous installed version of Events, up to (including) the 05.00.00 Release Candidate. There are no database changes compared to the previous Release Candidates of 05.00.00. Just install the 05.00.01 RC as a normal DNN module.

A warning to you, downloader

This is a not a formal Release of DNN Events 05.00.01 (yet).

Please be aware that this version is based upon a lot of code and database changes. The version represent the latest compiled versions of the DotNetNuke Events Module. This is a build that has not passed through the DotNetNuke Module Release Process (yet). The build has received some testing and is made available 'as-is', therefore any usage is at your on risk. Like any beta software it is not recommended to install on production systems. Upgradeability from a beta version to a later beta or production version cannot be guaranteed.
