the module i have contains a flash object using <object> tag. There is this javascript I have to run to get the flash object initialized. When i first navigate to the portal, the script runs and the movie displays...but when I click 'Home' link, the module is there and the Adobe flash container is there, but the flash movie is not playing and I think it is because the script did not re-run.

i am putting the script in different places but it does not help. right now I have it in default.aspx as an anonymous javascript block at the bottom of the page.

would anyone be interested in a problem like this ? and if so, thanks for any help.

guess my bottom line problem is that javascripts don't run when you click "Home". They run when you first visit the home page. i put the rotating menu on hold and will ask the post to be deleted if there are not any ideas or if posting on a holiday is not good idea...lol...
