The out of the box file manager may not be exactlly what you are looking for; however, the methods exposed through the IWeb module could be used to do what you are asking. This would require a custom client application that would query the web service for all of the files and then you could filter them by file size and spit out a list of files greater than X kb with the folder path. This is not a very common request, therefor that functionality was not included in the off the shelf file manager. Again, the framework is there to do what you are asking as far as getting a list of large files, but the custom application to calculate the list would have to be developed. The real challenge, as I see it, would be finding all of the references to the files that you locate in your search. How to do this depends greatly on what modules are used to reference the files. If all you use is the Text\HTML module, then the process is pretty simple but everytime you introduce another module into the search it gets increasingly more difficult. This is not impossible, but not a common request so there is probably not a product out there that will do exactlly what you are looking for. I am pretty sure the bottom line to your request is you have the basic tools to start building a solution to the challenge you are asking about, but someone will have to write custom code to tie it all together if you want an automated process.
