 "Hi, how i can modify the style of the [BREADCRUMB]??It uses the CssClass on the XML config file but 

i coudn`t find the .ccs file of the breadcrumb!"
 
"Another question is about the style of the Control Panel.I tried to change the background color on the
default.css file '.ControlPanel, .PagingTable' elements, but when I refresh the page on IE don´t happen
anything.

 The breadcrumb token doesn't have its own CSS file. If you include the Breadcrumb element in your skin the CSS properties can be styled in your skin.css file.

As for IE, I'd try clearing the cache for the browser.
