In 4.9.3, using either the host or admin account, I am not able to check the checkbox to make a security role auto assign when new accounts are created.  I know this feature used to work, haven't had to make security role modifications in several versions so not sure where the problem first appeared.  Anyone else having this problem?

Ira,

Try this by drilling in to the edit properties of the role and selecting the check box there it works ok for me on a 4.9.3 install.

Thanks for the posting, that is exactly what I needed to do in order to make it work.  Gee...it's been forever since I've had to edit security roles and I had forgotten that you have to drill down into them rather than using the check box on the initial display screen
