Hi all... I hope not to sound like an eejit but here what is happening. I created a page on my portal and selected to "Include In Menu" but instead of a page I want to open a job application PDF file. So I expanded the Advance Settings under Page Management and selected Link Type  - File and then linked the pdf file... got no errors. I then I selected update.

Now on the main menu I have a button called job application. Using Firefox, I selected the item (job application) on the main menu and I get:

Redirect Loop        
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.    
The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

    * NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is likely a server configuration issue and not your computer.

What's that. Can anybody help me.
