I 'm looking for a third party module that will allow me to build a survey, but support decision branching.

eg. A question on the survey might ask the user if he/she is a home owner. If the answer is 'No' then the section related to mortgage payments needs to be skipped.

Can anyone suggest a third party survey module that supports this functionality.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Paul.

Hello Paul,

It's been awhile since I've used it, but Enterprise forms does what your asking. It does branching and has workflow built in. That said, it does come with a learning curve, but once you have a grasp for it, it's a powerful tool.

agreed on both accounts - Enterprise forms provides conditional visibility (qestions or entire pages visible depending on value of a given form element) as well as conditional binding (element value becomes parameter for database call for another elements list of values). Work flow is deeply featured (create/edit user accounts, run stored procedures on any database (Oracle, SQL Server, more), notifications and cetera.

Can process C# and I will use a hidden element to do some complex comparisons of a few other element values to return a particular value and base visibility or binding parameters on what such code returns - so you can handle real-life complexity.

Rich report manager.

Yes, as you can imagine, there is a learning curve.
