I am not sure if it is a bug or not. It might be my user table or somewhere going wrong. I could not get the list after login as admin. But after I put a code to validate the code:  arrUsers.Add(objUserInfo). It works! This is admin/users/user.ascx.vb.

What list are you referring to? I'm not sure I understand the problem you're having. If you can clarify with the steps you used to get to it, that'd be helpful.

as there are no other users reporting this bug and I have not seen it myself, I expect it to be a problem of your installation. Which version and modules do you use? Master or child portal? friendly url? Have you tried to turn off caching and http compression ?
