I know you can hide columns for the users but is there a way to hide columns in the admin view of the module? Some of my rows include large lists that push all of my content down. Because I'm using the advancetable.xsl file, I can still access all of the information by clicking on the magnify glass.

Thanks for your help!

"Visible" has been renamed in form and List to "Display on List", which is exactly its meaning. If you disable that option for a field, it is only shown in Default Grid Mode when the user has the corresponding permission. As Adminstrators are enforced having this permission, UDT handled the visibility for that fields depending on Edit or View mode. form and List acts different, there is an option to override the permission grid.

For XSL scripts, "Visible"/ "Display on list" is just an flag that can be handled on different ways. "AdvancedTable.xsl" is an quite old XSL script, I suggest that you generate a custom script instead of editing it. This gives you full control about both list and detail view.
