I added marker "A" and it shows okay, although it seems to be in a slightly different place each time the map is displayed.

I added marker "B" the same way but it does not show up at all. I saved my changes. What can be wrong?

Thanks for any help.

I went through the video turorial "Dotnetnuke.Map.swf" for the umteenth time and finally got the markers to show. Thanks to the author.  Especially thanks for pausing at strategic points to let me do the steps.

But now, the "Default Marker" (or whatever it is called) that comes with the map is still on the map along with my new markers. How do I get rid of it? It is out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. I wish it would sink. Ha Ha.

The problem here is that the Rich Text Editor adds the P tag (<P></P>) into the box when you first place your cursor inside of it. This value then gets passed to the server, and because it is present, the marker appears. All you need to do is click the Source button (top left of editor) and eliminate that text.
