I was looking at the topic history and the name of the last person editing an article did not match what was found from Recent Changes > last month.   It looks like the one in the topic history isn't shown correctly / off by 1.   Is this a known issue?

Clarification and proposed fix.

Scenario:

For an existing article, if user A comes in to modify and save the article, a topic history is created, but on the updateDate, it shows Date.Now.  This creates a confusing UI because a user looking at the most recent revision history -1  (not the current revision) will see the time when the current revision was made, not the time that the revision -1 was made.

Proposed fix:

WikiControlBase.vb:: SaveTopic:

             th.TopicID = Topic.TopicID
                    th.Content = Topic.Content
                    th.UpdatedBy = Topic.UpdatedBy
                    th.UpdateDate = DateTime.Now  ' should probably use Topic.UpdateDate ??
                    th.UpdatedByUserID = Topic.UpdatedByUserID
                    th.Title = Topic.Title
                    th.Description = Topic.Description
                    th.Keywords = Topic.Keywords
