I have been out of office traveling so just getting back to this issue again.  It sounds like when I was gone we still having issue when it goes down can not get it to come back up until we pull the connection to the outside world.  The Server has 16gb of ram so would not think it would have an issue loading it into memory.  It is the only website on the server.  have you heard of any issues running x64 servers?  We are also using SQL 2000 but looking to upgrade that later this month.  If you still think we should change to Disk for Modules I could give it a try later today for sure.  Just from what I have read if you have a lot of memory you should use the memory option.  Thanks for you ideas because right now I have hit a wall on what to do.  Chris
