As this is my first thread on the forums I hope it is not to much of a newbie question.

I have adjusted my container spacing  horizontally by adjusting the HTML for the panel spacing. However, I am rather stumped in figuring out how to adjust the container spacing vertically within each panel.

Any suggestions?

Roger

You could do it either in your container design by giving it appropriate padding-top and padding-bottom values or in your skin.css with an appropriate padding. So basically add a class like .contentpane in your skin .css and in your html next to your id="contentpane" also add class="contentpane" and that will work fine.
