I have 1 horizontal and 1 vertical menu.</p> <p>I would like the vertical menu to just display the child menu items from a parent page</p> <p>and the horizontal menu to only display the parent pages without displaying the sub pages</p> <p>What is the best way to configure this? Hey Lee,

Glad to see you're playing with DNNNav, I hope to maybe see some new DNNCreative Vids outlining what you find. However, I am curious if you'll maybe play with the DNNNav 2 that's included with 5.x. I haven't had much of a chance myself but the new class system seems like it will allow for some very specific styling and targeting of menu items (.sel, .first, .last for example).  Personally, the interim DNNNav that came with 4.9.x always drove me a bit nuts, I especially seem to recall an issue with separators and the class not being fully implemented, however that may have been corrected since.  Wish I had some advice for you on targeting the secondary nav, but I haven't had a 4.9.x based project that has had a need for one yet, so I'm not quite certain. Still, good luck and hope to hear more about your experience with the Nav object soon, keep up the good work!
