Every time I try, I get an error stating "There is already a Module with this name. You cannot create a new Module with the same name."  It doesn't matter what I have typed for the name.  I've searched for a solution, but haven't been able to find anything.  Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about the long wait on the reply.  Things have been wonkers here.  The version we are running is 4.8.4.  However, I have two development sites running the same version and one of them does not give me this issue.

Sorry can't help you with your issue but I would seriously recommend upgrading to 4.9.4.

Once again, sorry about the long wait between replies. I am working on several projects at once...

That is not an option for me.  I am working in a very strict environment, and it will be quite some time before another version can be certified.  I have done some further troubleshooting, however.  I have created a base install of 04.08.04 on the same development server and was able to install the module without a problem.  I also created a dup site of the one that is having the issue, upgraded to the latest version at the time (I think it was 5.0.1) and continued having the same issue.  To me this would seem to indicate some sort of corruption in the database, but I have no idea where to look.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?
