Now the problems seem away and the site run fast again (or better than before ?)

Obvioisly we want as more details as possible, and we want ... the 739 builds !!!!

I hate to report this on this thread but just an fyi - I've been trying to get to a blog post from Michael Washington at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryId/1118/Replacing-the-CBO-How-to-make-A-Custom-Hydrator-for-your-DotNetNuke%c2%ae-Module.aspx

I tried it throughtout the day yesterday using IE 8 and it would always end up timing out.  Today I tried accessing it with Firefox and it timed out faster with Firefox reporting that it was caught in a Redirect Loop:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

    * Have you disabled or blocked cookies required by this site?
    * NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is likely a server configuration issue and not your computer.

I hope this helps.
