Does anybody know if there is a setting in the latest DNN menu provider to prevent the dnnmenu.js from loading?

When the RenderMode is set to UnorderedList is a pitty to force a specific menu script when there are so many we can choose from.

I asked Jon about this before and the answer is no.

Yeah the new menu is not much of an improvement since there is still no option for some sort of a templating system, other javascript systems etc.  I never used it from the day dnn got out and there i still no better custization posibillities even after all those minor and major version updates

Lately there has been a new free menu in development that you can use to replace the menu

http://www.dnndoneright.com/

it does everythign dnnmenu does so you can directly replace it same setup style etc but also a great templating system that can be installed seperately
