Hello all!

I've successfully update an existing DNN 4.8 website to 5.0 (from the DotNetNuke_Community_05.00.01_Upgrade.zip file).  But, when I am logged in as Host, I can not access any of the settings in the Admin or Host consoles.  When I click, say, "Site Settings" (Admin or Host), I get an IE page reading;

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I can access and edit existing pages and do that kind of normal Admin stuff. but none of the selections in the "Common Tasks" pane of the Control Panel work for me, nor any of the selections in the Admin or Host pulldowns. I can not get access to any page that would let me check for the Alias settings, but I get the exact same error page if I log onto the site with its IP address, too.

My IE is v8.6, and the DNN is 5.00.00 (the 'upgrade' version from the Downloads section on this site).

I've searched the Forums here and tweaked my web.config to ensure the enableEventValidation="false" setting was right (it was).

I just can not get past this... and have two more sites I want to update to DNN 5.0.

Help, guidance, suggestions... please!!  :-)
