Hello all, first off I'd like to say I've only been working with Dotnetnuke for a  couple days so excuse me if my question is simple/in the wrong forum.

But I'm currently stumped on whether or not something is even possible. I need to create a skin or container that allows you to create a hyperlink in the header. Below is an example of what I need to do.

An option to add the "read more" or other text-link in the container settings.

Not all containers will have this link, but I want to have the option to add a link into the header of all containers. Now I don't know if this is possible, or how to even go about it, so any help on this subject would be great. Again I apologize if I'm in the wrong section or if I didn't research enough.
