I did have the moderator permission on for registered users....so now it works. Thanks!

I have a couple more questions...

I want to make a small code change but I can't seem to build the solution in "Events_05.00.01_Source.zip" file. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve that?

how do i create and add to the system a custom theme?

Thanks :) D

I assume yo have 'installed' the source onto your site in the same way you would install a standard P?

If you copy one of the existing themes, then put it in a directory under ~PortalRoot~\DNNEvents\Themes, where the directory is the same name as the css file. Also in the css File your will see the majority of the classes prefixed by Theme#####. The ##### must the the same as your css file name. All must have the same capitalisation.

Cheers
Roger

Private content as of Events 5.x?  Excellent!  (It seems, though, that I'm now a release or two behind in my Events module knowledge...)

Kudos, EVENTS team!

I am working on my church's website and want to add a calendar of events.  Is it possible to have some events viewable to the general public and other events viewable to only registered members?  I do not need individual users to have their own calendars but it would be nice to only allow certain registered members to add events.  Just a public calendar for events that are open to the public (annual hog roast, musical guests, etc) and a private calendar that only members can view (administrative meetings and such).  I could create two seperate modules with different view permissions but I would like to keep all the events on one calendar for ease of use.
