I just upgrade same version (from and to) as you.

I upgrade with success. No one error shown and the home shown exactly like before upgrade.

However when I check the EventLog it show General Exception - Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.dnn_Packages' with unique index IX_dnn_Packages'. The statement has been terminated.

It seems like there is a row not inserted because the existing one already have from 5.0.1.

Maybe this a hidden bug!

Anybody who have trying upgrade from the same version please check EventLog and share.

I am not concerned about the first sql error, but for the next error :

Is there a way to know what is due?
