Could someone please help me? I  use 5.01 startkit. I do not have the "anthertication settting" option in the host setting. Thank you so much in advance!

The settings were moved for DNN 5. Look under Admin->Extensions and click on the pencil icon beside the authentication provider you want to set up.

EDIT: Sebastian is correct. I misread your post and thought you were looking for the provider settings. In DNN 5 the providers are installed just like any module is.

In DNN 5, Authentication Provider installation has been moved to Host :: Extensions.
