I administer a site with multiple blogs, each belonging to a different user. As an Admin, I can see the "Add Entry" option but my user cannot see "Add Entry" even though he has the proper roles setup to view and edit the page and module. I have setup others in the past and they work fine but it has been a while since I setup a new blog and for the life of me I can't remember what the "trick" is to allow a blog owner to add and edit entries in a blog that I setup as Admin.

Do I have to give the user temporary Admin rights and then log in as that user to create the blog?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
