Hi,

      I am new to DNN. I am developing a site in DNN platform. In my site(as shopping cart), I am using session.

     But, I am loosing my session within 2 to 3 minutes. I have made neccessary changes in my web config.

     Code I added in web config.

                     <sessionState
                      mode="InProc"
                      stateNetworkTimeout="10000"
                      stateConnectionString="tcpip=127.0.0.1:42424"
                      sqlConnectionString="data source=127.0.0.1;Trusted_Connection=yes"
                     cookieless="false"
                     timeout="10000"
                   />

      I want my session to be alive for more than 45 to 60 minutes.

      Is any thing want to add in the web config.

     Please help me.

                                                        Thank You..........

session timeout is measured in minutes not seconds, with the default being 30. It's possible for it to be set in the machine.config and marked as not allowing web.config overrides, so I'd suggest you check this with your hosting provider. I'd also change the timeout to 60 just in case it ignores very large values.
