I am administering a site which offers webhosting. One of our users has redirected her sub portal to an external URL. Now, she is unable to get back into her portal on the site that hosts this. How do I resolve this?

The only thing I can think of that she may have done is change the site map URL within her portal through Admin, Site Settings.

However, because of the redirection neither her, or I can get to the site.

Is there a file somewhere the server that I could possibly tweak? If so, could somebody please indicate where or how.

Redirecting a subportal to an external URL will fail due to cookie restrictions. you may need to alter value of URL column for the home page in database table Tabs to Null
