Hi, in a AD intranet einviroment we have a public DNN web with a custom module that accesses a back en internal ERP system using a webservice (WCF endpoint).

The WCF endpoint is secured to allow access to a specific NT user account (and the NT account "network service" is not allowed).

I am not allowed to set the WCF endpoint credentials harcoded in the DNN webconfig file.

So i guess i am left with chainging the default runtime account DNN runs under in IIS and configure the WCF endpoint to allow this user.

I am looking for information how i can change IIS DNN application to run as another user then the default. Appriciate links or tips from someone that have reconfigured this before.

Thx

This is done by modifying the "Application Pool".  Within IIS you can change the identity on the application pool.  That is all that you need to do!
