The error is occurring in the btnApprove_Click method of MissionControl.Modules.TD_Incidents.IncidentMaintenance.  Is this your code or someone else's?

The error is caused by a bad SQL statement.  Whatever SQL is being called in that method have a subquery following a =, !=, <, <=, >, or >= operator, and the subquery is returning more than one value.  It may be that you just need to add a DISTINCT or TOP 1 to the subquery, btu it may be that your design and/or data is incorrect and shouldn't allow mulitiple values to be returned for that query.  Or there could just be an error in the query (matching on the wrong column or something).

If it's not your code, the module developer should be able to help you figure out a fix.

Hope that helps,
