Sebastian,

Thanks for your tips. I've done some further research and came to the conclusion that ALL the Text/HTML modules were NOT indexed. Here's the query that resulted in 0 records:

SELECT * FROM SearchItem
WHERE ModuleID IN
(SELECT ModuleID FROM Modules WHERE (ModuleDefID=109))

109 is the DefID of the TEXT/HTML module.

So, here is the problem. But: how do I fix this? But wait: what version of the TEXT/HTML module do I use? It's 03.03.00. I should be ashamed! I installed 04.08.01, reindexed the search and YES: the query above resulted in 98 records and I finally can find everything!

How simple can it be?.... Thanks for all the help everyone. I hope my contribution is helpfull for anyone. Enjoy!

please go to Host :: Module Definition, enter Text/HTML and make sure, "Searchable" is checked.

I have verified that text/html searchable is set to true but it's still not working.

The page(s) that are not indexing are:

http://www.elih.org/SERVICES/PAINMANAGEMENT/tabid/94/Default.aspx

I don't see any special characters.

is there any error logged in EventLog?

Are you using Scheduler in Timer mode or Page Request mode (Host Settings :: Other settings)?

Hi Sebastian,

We are using "Request Method" and I don't see any errors in the event log related to the scheduler.  Funny thing is since my last post more of the pages have been indexed but still not all of them.

Thoughts?

~B
