Hello. Im still with a old question/problem with Document Module. I dont know if im doing anything wrong, but please help me if you can.

If i have a Non-Admi user with permissions in a page to view / edit and the if i give in the Document Module to Edit module, the module DONT shows the UPLOAD BUTTON(after click on ADD NEW Document button). I know in old versions i resolve this with ADMIN permissions, but i cant give admin permissions in this case.

Any ideia how can i do this or if is a bug... ?

Thanks you very mutch.

Hello Jose,

To upload a file, you need to make sure that the role (or user specifically) has permissions to upload files on a site.  Also, make sure that you click the Upload File link underneath the files to upload a new file.

Hope this helps!

Accepted Answer

to be more precise, please go to File Manager in Admin menu, select the upload folder and beneath the explorer area you need to specify write permissions for all users, who shall be able to upload files.
