With forms and list notification email (adding, editing and/or deleting a record), is there a way to include the user who deleted/edited the record within the email? While the email shows records being edited, it would be nice to track who did what and that someone just didnt accidentally edit/deleted the record. tnx

The ChangedBy field contains the user who edited or added the record. You cannot currently detect who deleted the record.
