Can I get some of the new changes to DNN 5 reverted back?

1) the admin only modules no longer have outlines in edit modes. Unfortunately, we now have many clients who rely on this to tell them when a module is not published, and they DO NOT like the change. They have to logout and log back in or go to settings of each module.

2) the name and outlines of panes no longer appear in edit mode, so for companies who are always rearranging their sites, they keep having to switch back and forth between edit and layout. Again, they DO NOT like it.

Are there settings, custom edits, css, updates, or anything else you could reccommend?

There are no red outlines showing in edit or layout, and the module also appears in view mode, so that is no help.

I s there a new way they are marked? Do I need to include a specific skin tag in the container (help, etc.)?

I upgraded from 4.4.0 originally. The last upgrade from 4.9.3 to 5.1.0 was done using the upgrade method. Any hints or ideas?

AFAIK the outlines should show up in layout mode and invisible modules hidden in view mode. There might be some fixes in DNN 5.1.1 affecting this area.
