No matter what I have tried, every page load seems to download every graphic on the page.  I see 25 or more graphics downloading in the status bar.  Each time I go to my Forum main page the icons load slowly and then delay while the hover over graphic loads.   You can watch the skin graphics (using default) load and fill in over a few seconds.  I do not see the same problem on this site so I assume it is not something in my browser (which usually caches just fine).
Environment:
DNN Version: 4.09.00
IE (Tried it in firefox but it does not show each file in the status soi I don't know)
Authenticated Cacheability: Public
Hosted on Godaddy shared server
