Tom, thanks again for reporting.

This time it is caused by a trivial spelling issue: The correct name of the file handler is Attachment.ashx, not Attachemnt.ashx. Please rename the file.

Ah hah! That was it, works now. I was even able to add it to the email template.

Can't beleive I missed the spelling, but I have been staring at this for around 12 hours. My eyes need a break.

I didn't see a way to delete the file attachment, curious if this was something you planned on adding later?

I am still undecided how I am going to continue with "attachment". I needed the attachment data type for an upcoming new service on www.formandlist.com, and the development will strictly follow the requirements for this service.

The code is a starting point. Add delete buttons, turn it into a multiple attachement data type, it is up to you and all other community members.
