Hmm... That's odd. You're right, it doesn't work. It looks like IE has a flawed implementation. I Googled the problem and saw others discussing it, but haven't seen a work-around. It's hard to believe that this is the first time this has come up - actually, I think I have heard about it before, but the problem didn't come back up, so I assumed it was a user error. I honestly don't think I can do anything about this, tho. If you find a work-around, please do let me know and I will get it implemented in the upcoming release. Otherwise, we're waiting on Microsoft for this one.

Turns out it is a setting in IE. Under Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > Cookie Handling. Third-party Cookies.

Any suggestions around this?

Thanks.

Yeah, use Firefox

Honestly, I'm not sure. You might be able to use JavaScript to check for that setting, but I've never tried, so I can't honestly even begin to tell you how to do it. I kind of doubt you can, but it's worth a shot.

Based on this known issue, I'd probably suggest that you display a message explaining how to turn that setting off when someone fails to login in IE. Beyond that, it looks like you're at Microsoft's mercy.
