 Hi,

One of my chold portals gets redirected to another website automatically (without me setting up anything for this purpose). I need to disable this feature and restore it back tonormal condition. I need your help please!

Background:

My DNN installation: www.mywebsite.com

My DNN child portal: www.mywebsite.com/P1/ [this child portal is automatically getting redirected a totall unrelated external website]

My DNN installation has several other child portals (a total of about 40). All other child portals are behaving properly. No redirection is taking place.

By usingthe FULL URL, I am able to access pages within my child portal that is giving problem (of automatic redirection without my intervention)

Here is teh exact behavior:

When I enter this URL on the browser's address bar,  www.mywebsite.com/P1, I see the following:

1. The correct home page of the portal, P1 shows for 1 or 2 seconds.

2. Then it redirects to another external website. This external website is a good one; I visit this website frequently. I am sure the owners of this website do not have any interest in automatically redirecting my portal's home page.

Please help me resolve this.

I suggest to trace the communication between your browser and the site, e.g. by using Fiddler. Besides, which modules are you using on the home page and did you specify a specific URL for login/home page of the child portal?
