My DNN site works fine at home (Vista, on Chrome, FF, IE) and on iPhone (mobile Safari)

All the computers at work have IE and WinXP.

On some computers at work, the DNN site has javascript/DNN:Nav errors and critical errors (Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation) as described in:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/107/threadid/321898/scope/posts/Default.aspx

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/108/threadid/321891/scope/posts/Default.aspx

------- I really can't figure out what the difference is. We are all on the same firewall, and all have the same IE browser version, same OS.  Yet, the site works on some computers, and not on others.

-------The computer I use at work also has Chrome and FF 3 on it.  The site does not work in those browsers either.  But, it works on those browsers when I use them at home.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Poor design.  :)

Does every single system have exactlky the same settings, same versions of drivers, same updates, same exact software (Not just OS and browser), same exact hardware and have all been used with the identical keystrokes the entire time they've been in use?  If not, why would you assume they are exactly alike?  The problems you describe can be related to browser settings, such as whether Javascript is enabled or not, AV or security software, and all kinds of other things.  Designing your site and skin to be compatible with all browsers is tough.

I guess the answer is easier than I thought..

Clear cache, run latest browser and OS updates, and it seems to work thereafter.

So it wasn't necessarily design, it was the fact that the computers at your work were not up-to-date with their patches and there browser settings were not optimized.

I've had this happen before with a default DNN install with no modifications.  Two computers sitting side by side in a lab, and one would work and one wouldn't...it wasn't the design of the site, it was the fact that one desktop didn't have it's updates or browser settings optimized.

Glad you figured it out...
