I have a large amount of text in a DB table that I need to format and output by pages.  At present I have implemented the output via a reports module with a XSLT visualiser.  This works fine to format the output.  However, can anybody please advise as to how I can also have the output segmented as a series of pages?  AFAIK, if you use a Grid Visualiser you have paging provided but if you use any other visualiser you get no paging.

I would also consider preprocessing the text with XSLT, storing the resulting HTML in DB then displaying the resulting HTML.  However, I can't see any paging functionality there in the HTML module either.  Whats the best way to achieve paging for such HTML output?
