I'd check a few of your IIS Settings, make sure that if you are using a .NET 2.0 version that the IIS Applicationn is configured for it and that ASP.NET is Enabled and Using the 2.0 version.

Also, make sure that the web.config file contains the correct ConnectionString settings for the database.

Good Luck!

I am getting the same error.  Could you be a bit more specific about how to configure the web.config file and how/where to check IIS settings?  I know my provider is using Net 2.0.

Any help woudl be appreciated!

I'm using Crystaltech as my Hosting company and they said that IIS is correctly configured and the database connection is right. Is there anything else I can do .. what is it actually looking for in the portal settings?
