Hi!  I changed my SuperUser password (for the "host" login) but now I can't log back in.  Is there a way to manually change the password in the database or create a new SuperUser account?  I have a 2-day old backup of the site but I wouldn't like to lose the intervening work.  I'm using DNN4.02.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

The common thing to fix this mentioned before in posts is to find a user who you know their password such as your admin account (or create a new user if you have to). Then in the appropriate asp.net membership table find the admin account and copy its password and salt field to your host account. Then you just login to that host account with the known copied password.  And then change it after that.

Create a new account and remember the password. Open the aspnet_membership table and copy the Password and PasswordSalt values from the new account row to the same columns as the host account row. Login as host with the remembered password.
