I'm afraid it doesn't work for me either..

I made this change, but when I then set my home page back to my intended homepage it then re-assumes the style of my home page even though my newly created page appears before home in the page list.. This is a bad defect and means this is pretty useless for any site with a homepage with any sort of style - whereas the T&Cs page needs a large container to contain all it's content.

Are there any other work arounds - I really, really, don't want to have to manually create pages for this content and then hardcode these links into my skin - but that is really looking like the only option.

Maybe a bodge might work using a redirect from the newly created first page in the list to my intended home page.

A workaround for this, although not ideal, would be to create 2 pages (hidden from the menu) as your Terms of Use and Privacy setting them to use the correct skin, and then link them into the skin template file by adding the HTML to the skinname.ascx files.

Rick.
