Go to Portal -> Langauages and there are 2 settings you can set.  Sorry you will have to scroll through the pages to find out what page it is on so you can edit it.

EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PRIVATE_SUBJECT.Text
EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PRIVATE_BODY.Text

EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_VERIFIED_SUBJECT.Text
EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_VERIFIED_BODY.Text

You can also edit the App_GlobalResources\GlobalResources.resx file directly and update those to settings, but if you do that make sure you make a backup of the original file before you make any changes.

Thank you.

I just discovered it myself after searching through hundreds of postings.

Admin / Languages then click on Language Editor at bottom of module.

This is great, you can customise any text message or Label here.
