For some reasons after the upgrade, existing forums in my portal are not displaying properly. (Layout and Images are broken)

The upgrade was success, no warnings / errors.

I tried creating new forum and they work fine.

Has anybody experienced this after upgrading to 04.05.03?

Wow, that is a long upgrade. The themes are very very different so you are going to need to select the default theme and set the icon type to png to get going, then create your own theme from there.

Hi Crispy,

Thanks for this. I've fixed it by changing the default theme at Forum Administration > Users > User Interface (using account with a Forum Admin permission).

Hi Again Crispy,

While doing this I discovered something. After pressing the Update Button in Forum Administration > Users > User Interface, the drop down lists (Theme and Display Location) in the current page are being repopulated incorrectly (drop down items are duplicated per update).
