When trying to configure the form mode the "Tracking and Notifications" section wont save. I enter the information and upon saving configuration, I return to notice it is not saved. I am running DNN 5.1.1 and FLM 5.0.2. Please HELP!

 try to export module and import into a new instance. I assume, ModuleSettings are broken.

Nope, that does not work. It just wont save those settings. It will save settings for everything else, but when I try to save settings for the "tracking and notification" it just wont save. I assume this is only happening to me?

Normally I try to be more helpful, but in this case, all I can do is confirm that the problem is *not* happening to me on DNN 5.1.1 using FnL 5.0.2.  I enabled the feature on an existing module and added settings in the new section at the bottom.  Everything saved.  I made a few changes and each time I saved, everything worked as expected.  Hopefully there is some way to narrow this down further.  What skin are you using?  Can you cofirm that you are in Edit mode what making the changes and saving?  Is your application Mode set to List or form?  I am working in List mode and have not tried form anywhere yet.

I was having similar problems.  See http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=10512&PROJID=2.

Try dirtying Admin > User Accounts > User Settings > Email Address Validation by entering a random character (say X) and clicking Update, then remove the X and updating.  This resolved the problem for me...
