Yes I managed to set the F & L to form view.
 
I also read the following manual – will this be the latest one available:
DotNetNukeDoc_UDT030501.pdf
 
There is a lot regarding table, cell and column setting / formatting, but not too much on the actual module settings.
 
Some questions;
The “Submit” button is disabled for non registered users, how can I change that?
 
How do I set forwarding of submitted data to an E-mail, or multiple E-mails?
 
Which option to use for multiple line text box?
