Hi,

I have just upgraded to the latest forum module on my test site due to the user avatar upload issue in the last forum version. Wehn i login as admin there is a message which mentions something along hte lines of 'welcome to the dotnetnuke admin control panel' and when i login as a moderator i receive this welcome message 'Welcome to the DotNetNuke Forum Moderator Control Panel' which i dont want my moderators to see. Basically i do not want the site to mention 'DotNetNuke' on it. It would have been good if this was something like <%portalname%> ,but it is not, so i would just like to manually change this myself if possible. Could anyone possibly guide me on how i can locate and modify this text. Thanks alot.

Yep, these are all stored in resource files. This means you can change it per portal using the language editor or you can locate it on the file system. The location of these are desktopmodules\forum\controls\app_localresources and the names are: ACP_Main.ascx, MCP_Main.ascx, and another to check is UCP_Main.ascx.
