Okay, I'm at my wits end.  I can't solve this and frankly I have no explanation for why it's occurring, but I suppose I should have expected this when it all seemed so easy.

I create form with form and list, I have submit button, and in IE7 and Chrome, it's Disabled.  Not in Firefox, not in Opera, not in IE8.  In IE7 and Google Chrome, my Submit button is disabled and Google won't tell me why.

What is going on?!?

Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, and make sure javascript is enabled for effected browsers.
Is IE8 effected in compatibility mode?
